Price per kWh. Four units store about 2 kWh. Anker's SOLIX S2000 was $679.99 (about $338 per kWh), EcoFlow's DELTA 3 Max $879 ($429), Jackery's Explorer 2000 v2 $899.00 ($440) and Jackery's HomePower 2000 Plus v2 $1,679.00 ($820)1234.
What the extra money buys. Output: the S2000 is rated at 1,500 W, the others at 2,200 to 2,400 W1234. Expansion: Jackery says the HomePower 2000 Plus v2 expands to 12 kWh4. Weight: from about 35.7 lb (S2000) to 20.3 kg, about 44.8 lb (DELTA 3 Max)12.
Fridge plus essentials. A 2 kWh unit at our 75% usable assumption gives about 1,500 Wh. A refrigerator using 1.5 kWh a day (check its EnergyGuide label) would take most of that alone, so plan to recharge from solar or the grid between outages.

For a refrigerator, lights and electronics usually yes; for a microwave or coffee maker running at the same time, often not. Add up what runs together and compare it with the rated output.
Output, expansion and features differ: the HomePower 2000 Plus v2 expands to 12 kWh4. Compare what you need, not the capacity alone.

Prices and specifications are each maker's own, as listed on the date shown, and change often during sales. The maker's page is the final word on price, availability and terms.
Runtime figures are estimates from stated capacity, not measurements. OutageReady Guide does not sell power stations and has not tested any product.
